Thomas "Pa Tom" Sledge
Born in 1865 to Alice Simpson (stepfather Will Simpson) in Sumpter County Alabama (not verified). Moved to Choctaw County Alabama between 1865 - 1870. Pa Tom died October 10,1957.
Josephine "Ma Joe" Jones
Born in 1868 to Sena Jones (stepfather Frank Jones). Arrived in Choctaw County Alabama between 1872 - 1880. Ma Joe lived 109 years, passing on January 2,1977.
